The Onset Beach Compound - Cape Cod Beach Resort & Oceanic Habitat

My family and I stayed at the Mermaid House. It's the coolest thing at high tide to look out the front window and have the tide from Onset Bay come up under your house!! We kayaked, canoed, and paddle boarded right out our back door. The house is fun, cool and funky. Everything you need to cook great meals. My nephew and I played tennis every morning at courts 2 blocks away. It was just a great time all the way around. And Joscelyn is a great hostess. This is a unique Cape Cod experience and not to be missed.

This place is excellent. A Family and community vibration with a beautiful beach. I highly recommend for a weekend getaway with your girlfriends or a family vacation. They have a beautiful view of the bay and many cozy spaces to relax with friends and family. There was a full kitchen to cook and create memories. Games for family game night were provided and truly appretiated. The staff is easy to work with and have a way of making you feel like family. This is the first place in the area of Onset I would recomend staying. The walks around this area are beautiful and they have many outdoor activities for adventures. I love this place and am definetly going to be back soon!

As a neighbor, I get to see every day just how much care and pride goes into this property. The compound is always maintained, organized, and thoughtfully cared for, and it truly stands out. The owner goes above and beyond, not only for his guests, but for the entire neighborhood. He’s incredibly kind, reliable, and always willing to help. For example, during the winter, when we get overwhelming amounts of snow, he takes care of snow removal without even being asked, which is an absolute lifesaver! It’s rare to have someone who is so attentive, responsible, and community-minded. Anyone renting here is lucky to stay at a place managed by someone who genuinely cares about both the property and the people around it. Highly recommend!

Ken was an amazing host! We were attending a wedding at the Bay Pointe Club and the compound was only 5 minutes away! Ken was very attentive and even brought us a pizza when we came back from the wedding. Ken knew that we were a wedding party and was very understanding, even at points encouraging us to have more fun! Ken and his adorable dog live on the property and were very welcoming! Every morning, Ken would send a text inviting us for breakfast and coffee! These houses were well kept and had a lot of space to accommodate our large party! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay at the compound and would love to come back!

Kenny has been a great neighbor for us . He has always been very meticulous about his property and the neighborhood that surrounds him. Keep up the good work Kenny, we really do appreciate your effort.

We had an amazing stay! We were able to host a survivor themed party in the park next door (there is so much space). The best part of the property is all the added amenities; paddle boats, kayaks, hot tub (very clean and huge), fire pit, grills and outside table and chairs. There are also so many games all around the property you can use. The house was so clean and comfortable and has everything you could need (tons of towels, blankets, full kitchen). This is the perfect place for families or groups of friends. The hosts are so communicative and helpful throughout the stay and booking process. I can’t say enough good things about our experience!

We had a great time. Place very clean, amenities amazing and had a lot of fun! Bikes, kyacks, canoes, paddle boards, peddle boats, basketball court near by and facility offers balls and tennis rackets etc! Beautiful lake

Roslyn and crew were so helpful showing us all the amenities like kayaking, paddle boarding, and all sports equipment. Middle house has cool games but tight for a family. Also park next door
